Supplementary Consignment Insurance
We can arrange consignment insurance for any risks that may not be anticipated-according to the customer´s requirements.This mainly concerns cases where the value of the shipment is higher than the agreement of the CMR Convention dealing with maximum liability of the carrier that is limited by the amount of 8.33 SDR/1 kg btto of the shipment.
We are insured
All our shipments are insured according to the laws of the Czech Republic and other member countries of the EU by the german reputable insurance company ERGO VERSICHERUNG AG. We are insured in the same way as carriers regarding compensation claims for any damage caused to consignments (dependant on individual contracts of transport)Required forms
